The assignment brief was to create a personal website to display our graphics, video production and photography. The research was research into existing creative media websites, looking at content, layout and structure. There was many websites I looked at that didn’t catch my attention as they weren’t very appealing but there was ones where they looks and felt really enjoyable, one of the websites I looked at was an army military training experience where you had tasks that you needed to complete before you can advance.  This website looked good both visually and how it ran it was smooth with no loading errors and was designed well.

The inspiration coming from these allowed me to create my website by making em think of using a moving background so i went on Wix and looked for some rather creative moving backgrounds. I used a template that looked easy to move around and edit. After finding this template I deleted all the unnecessary text boxes and pictures to make way for my information. afterwards i added 4 pages filled three of them full off my pictures and video productions and one of them with an about me page.

my website could of been made better as i didn't really know what i wanted to do with it it doesn't have much going for itself and doesn't really have any information, if i could do anything differently i would maybe add more detailing into what i like and maybe add more enjoyable artwork and even change the backgorund to something i have made.

This website was design as a STEM US army training program where you use your common sense and own ability to overcome certain situations, there are 4 main stages for the test Locating, Flying Drones, removing blockages in the road and quick medical health on the field. The website and its training is all irrelevant to me the thing that stands out the most is how the website works and all the 3D fielding inside the website and how it all works its addicting fun and just as enjoyable to watch.

This interactive site brings to life a written story by author William Boyd. It describes itself as an adventure told by using the incredible techniques of the digital and social age. That simply means it’s an interactive video where the viewer has control over what they receive. Remove the imagery, read a  the scrolling script, listen to the narrative, or shut it all down for a silent film. Limited navigation buttons leave the focus on stunning visuals and the storyline. The content changes as the reader scrolls ahead–allowing the viewer to set their own pace. This could be applied to a narrative of my production and how i created my work.

i didnt find this website very useful and didnt quite get the use. The coding and is superb and great however its just a boring page and al lyou do is hover over any section of the globe to learn which airport serves each region. Click and hold to spin the globe and discover transportation hubs you never knew existed. Non of these features will be helpful to my portfolio unfortunaitley

This is the first design i found when looking for Graphics Designers websites templates for my personal website. I think this one is rather plain for my taste but still a good design nether the less. the things that i would change on this would most likely be how to access the work may
be add it so the middle is interactive and opens up to the work itself. I would also add a better colour scheme to it to get rid of the dull white in the background.

This website is more fitting for my design because it has an enjoyable home screen where i can edit a nice picture onto it showing off some of my work or put a video displaying some time-lapses. The access to work is so simple as you can interact with the home screen and each picture has a link to info about the picture. The things that i would change would most likely the layout of the actual website such as it moving side ways instead of down other than that its a good template for me. But adding another background to something more colourful and me would be mroe suitable.
